SHIPPING ORDER PROCESSING If the item ordered is in stock, once payment has been processed, we will pack and ship orders received by 12 noon on the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next working day. Please note that all the jewellery is handmade. We do not carry large volumes of stock, so if you see an item you like place your order early to avoid any delays. GIFT WRAPPING We want the recipient of your gift to know how much care and attention you have devoted to finding them that special gift. Every item, whether a gift or not, will be beautifully wrapped in a Brandts Jewellery box and finished with luxurious grosgrain ribbon. You also have the choice to include a gift card with a personal message from you. Once you have placed an order, please email us with your brief message which you would like to be printed on the card. SHIPPING OPTIONS Deliveries to the UK We offer FREE postage to all addresses within the UK with Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For delivery. We will cover the cost of this method of shipping irrespective of parcel size. This option requires a signature upon delivery and provides electronic proof of delivery. Just choose free delivery option at checkout. This is available only to deliveries in the UK. If you require a quicker and guaranteed delivery day, we offer a Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm next working day service for UK addresses. By choosing this method, you can be sure your letter or package will arrive by 1pm the next day after posting and is covered to the value of £500. We offer this service at a flat rate of £5.05 irrespective of parcel size. Deliveries to Europe (EU and non-EU) Deliveries will be via Royal Mail Airsure, which provides priority handling in the UK and abroad. Airsure can be up to one day faster than Airmail (Royal Mail estimates Airmail delivery to Europe within 3 working days). We offer this service at a flat rate of £6.21 to Europe irrespective of parcel size. Please note that you are responsible for any local taxes, customs duties and any other local charges which may apply. Deliveries to the Rest of the World (including USA, Canada & Australia) Deliveries will be via Royal Mail Airsure, which provides priority handling in the UK and abroad. Airsure can be up to one day faster than Airmail (Royal Mail estimates Airmail delivery to Europe within 5 working days). We offer this service at a flat rate of £6.72 irrespective of parcel size.
