Complete Satisfaction Promise
I aim to provide you with an excellent product and customer service and hope that you will be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. In the event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please notify me by email at email@example.com, or call me on 07770918452 within 7 days of purchase and return the items to me as soon as possible, and I will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund minus postage costs. Please ensure that the goods are returned unused, unworn and in their original condition, in their original packaging with proof of purchase. I will not accept goods if they are not returned in a re-saleable condition. For hygiene reasons, I am unable to offer an excange or refund on earrings, unless they are faulty. Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or returned. I strongly recommend that you return your order back to me by recorded delivery as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Cooling Off Period
You are legally entitled to cancel an order within 15 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund. In order to cancel an order, you must inform me in writing, by letter or email, of your decision to cancel. I will reimburse you as soon as possible, in any case within a maximum period of 30 days. You will need to pay the postage cost for returning the items and the cost of posting the order to you will be deducted from your refund. I strongly recommend that you post them via recorded delivery. I cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. I cannot offer the cooling off period for goods made to your specification and for services that begin, by agreement, before the end of the cooling off period. This is in addition to my Complete Satisfaction Promise.
You may return items to me within 28 days of purchase as per my Complete Satisfaction Promise above. Please pack the items securely so that they will not be lost or damaged during transit. Please contact me and I will provide you with a postal address for the return. I strongly recommend you post your parcel via recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Once I receive and check the goods, a refund will be issued to you promptly, to the same account or credit card with which original payment was made.
